are running the Gulf Flats on the incoming tide, getting in front of these schools with a big
Popping bug or Guggler Fly produces crashing strikes and high speed runs.
Barracudas and Sharks will dive on a well places and rapidly retrieved Popper too
shots at Bonefish and Permit are available on the warmer winter days between fronts.
Late February usually bring the local Big Tarpon in to the basins during warm spells
and calmer wind.
