The 'Ullswater' is a favourite lake fly for chasing wild browns on our lakes in the English Lakes District. It's tied to fish on the top dropper of a team of three flies and worked through the wave to pull fish towards the surface. It's one of the first flies I turn to when setting up for a day on one of our lakes.
