I take some pheasant fibers

Using the Loop tool, I create a loop with fibers

I take two pheasant fibers

I put a fiber in the loop and tie it on the hook

I put the second fiber in the loop, on other side, and tie on hook.

I put the loop tool in the loop of fiber and, keeping it tense, wrap the tying thread around the fibers until I get close to the tails.

I'm going back with the tying thread until I get on the hook

I cut the fibers surplus

I tie a pheasant feather on the hook and cut the tip.
