I take a CDC hackle
Paso 2
I take a foam cuboid in which I made an incision in the middle of a face, for the length. I have highlighted the incision with a ballpoint pen.
Paso 3
I do get the CDC hackle in the incision.
Paso 4
I cut the fibers that exit off the incision
Paso 5
I take the tuft of fibers to the ends
Paso 6
I twist the fibers to get the body of the midge.
Paso 7
I tie the body on a grub hook.
Paso 8
I will take two small grizzly hackles.
Paso 9
I tie the tips of the hackles on the sides of the extended body.
Paso 10
I tie another grizzly hackle in the same point.
Paso 11
In the same point, I tie three peacock herls
Paso 12
I twist and wrap the herls around the shank of the hook, then cut the surplus.
Paso 13
I wrap the grizzly hackle around the chest of the fly, tie it on the hook and cut the excess.
Paso 14
I cover the chest with CDC fibers and tie them on the hook.
Paso 15
I tie the head of the fly.
Paso 16
I take off the fly from the vise and I reduce the length of the tuft of CDC fibers.
