Choose between Sturgeon, Salmon and Trout. We fish for salmon from July to November. Sturgeon fishing takes place year round. Trout from March to November on a variety of rivers, lakes and streams. Some of them are wilderness rives, rarely fished by others. Check out our delicious BBQ Shore lunch menu. Enjoy our personal all-inclusive service with on and off the water.
Fly Fishing British Columbia, Canada, for salmon on the Fraser River and tributaries is excellent from late July to mid November. Trout fly fish Ver más...ing is good from March to November. June to late August and October are best times for trout. We offer some of the worlds best fly fishing - period.

Our commitment to freshness means that even our coffee is locally roasted organic and our bread comes from a bakery which uses local grown grains. Because our food is so fresh, Chef reserves the right to change his daily menu, if needed, as the market dictates.
