I specialize in sightfishing Southern California beaches for the ultra-challenging California Corbina. Very similar to flats wade fishing for bonefish and permit, we are equipped with 6-8 weight rods and custom-tied fly patterns, we will stalk the clear shallows for cruising and tailing fish, often feeding in only inches of water right at the shore's edge. An accurate leading cast, a proper feed, and you're hopefully connected as your quarry rockets for deep water.
